Tasting notes

A fresh and delicate bouquet with aromas of flint and menthol, mingled with notes of peach and apricot. On the palate, its breadth and aromatic complexity are balanced by a lovely freshness characteristic of this high-altitude terroir. Enjoy this wine with simply prepared fish and seafood, or with grilled or lightly sauced white meats and poultry.
