Production notes
15% of the fermented must is aged for 4 months in new French oak barrels. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Each grape variety is vinified separately. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks; 15% of the Sémillon is aged in new French oak barrels for 4 months with regular stirring. The final blend was made in January 2016, followed by bottling.
Tasting notes
A vibrant golden yellow with green highlights. Complex fruity aromas featuring notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, apricot, linden blossom, and honey. On the palate, the same fruity flavors detected on the nose fill the mouth, supported by a full-bodied structure.
