Production notes
Harvest at the optimum point of freshness. Maceration with the addition of carbon dioxide in a closed tank at cold temperature for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16ºC with gentle pumping over. Pressing after 4 days of fermentation. Addition of sulfur dioxide after alcoholic fermentation. Frequent pumping over for 6 months to lift the lees.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color. Aromas of fruit such as strawberry and raspberry, red pepper, and eucalyptus. Smooth, fresh, and very fruity on the palate. Round and very smooth tannins.
