Product notes

Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. The diversity of soil exposure and elevation allows us to work with a mosaic of terroirs, giving this wine its beautiful aromatic complexity.

Production notes

Part of the wine is fermented in oak barrels (228 liters) and part in tanks. Aging continues in oak barrels. Fermentation: 80% in tanks, 20% in barrels Fermentation duration: 5 to 6 weeks Aging method: 80% in tanks, 20% in barrels Aging duration: 8 to 12 months

Tasting notes

It has a straw-yellow color. The nose, dominated by white flowers and citrus, gives way to notes of honey and dried fruit. The palate is very well-balanced, skillfully blending liveliness and roundness. It has structure, body, and a finish enhanced by the use of new oak.
