Production notes
This wine is made from the Alentejo’s main white grape varieties. The grapes are harvested at night during the third and fourth weeks of August to preserve their aromas. Each variety is fermented separately at a low temperature. After gentle pressing, the must settles by static decanting, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its lees for 7 days.
Tasting notes
A bright straw yellow color. Aromas of tropical fruits add an exotic touch. Lively, dry, and crisp, the wine offers lovely natural acidity and a refreshing finish.
