Production notes
Traditional pressing with 36-hour maceration. Fermentation at 18-20°C. Cold stabilization with contact on lees for 2 months. Single fermentation. No malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
The sip is full yet remarkably flowing. A good structure is sustained by soft tannins and a natural freshness, making the wine versatile and easy to drink.
