Product notes

The vineyards are located in the villages of Montemarzino, Montegioco, and Monleale in the Piedmont region. The soil is marly, limestone, clay, and slightly sandy. The vineyards face southwest and southeast.

Production notes

The grapes are destemmed, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for nearly 8 months, then filtered and bottled. It ages for 3 months in the bottle before being released for sale. Timorasso is an Italian white grape variety native to Piedmont, specifically the Colli Tortonesi region. This variety is known for producing complex, aromatic wines with great aging potential, often described as “white Barolo.” After nearly disappearing in the 20th century, it is experiencing a resurgence in popularity thanks to its quality.

Tasting notes

It has a yellow color with golden highlights. Its aromas include bergamot, fresh herbs, and acacia honey. This wine is very elegant and charming on the palate, with mineral, citrus, and floral notes. It has a long, clean finish.
