Production notes

Hand-picked and machine-harvested. The grapes are 100% destemmed and then vinified using traditional methods, while benefiting from modern temperature-control techniques. The long vatting period (approximately 3 weeks) allows for maximum extraction of the grape’s essence. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels for one year.

Tasting notes

Deep garnet color with ruby highlights. Aromatic and delicate on the nose, with notes of morello cherry, red berries, and licorice. Aromatic, rich, and full-bodied, with notes of fruit, cherry, black fruit, vanilla, and toast; silky tannins; supple; well-structured body.
