Villa Sandi's vineyards are located in the province of Treviso (Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Colli Asolani) as well as in Friuli-Venezia Giulia (Friuli Grave) The presence of the Pre-Alpine hills shields the region from cold winds, resulting in a generally mild climate characterized by ample rainfall and plenty of sunshine

Harvest around the third week of September The region’s steep terrain often requires manual harvesting Pneumatic pressing First fermentation: 15 to 20 days at a controlled temperature Second fermentation: 20 to 30 days at a controlled temperature of 15–16°C using the traditional “Martinotti” method, i.e., in closed, pressurized tanks Fermentation halted by cooling
Tasting notes
Very pale straw yellow with a fine, light, and persistent foam. Aromas of flowers and fruit, with a hint of Golden Delicious apple and notes of mountain flowers. Dry, fresh, and flavorful on the palate, with flavors that linger through to the harmonious and fruity finish.
